We had the wonderful blessing of spending this last week in Ogden with the McConkies. It was so much fun! Richard had to finish a few shifts at Primary Childrens, so I went to see my sister Andrea in American Fork with her two kids. They are so cute and our kids play together so well. Andi and I just hung out (while chasing the kids), but we did watch Pride and Predijuce. It was so nice! We also got to see some of friends while we were in Ogden. Jack, Erica and Jack Jr., and Daniel and Ashley. They are GREAT!
The best part was all of the McConkies were together for Thanksgiving. We are getting to be a pretty big group. What a great blessing. We even got a family picutre! We had lots of GREAT food and a fantastic flag football game. There are enough of us to have two teams! I can't wait for next year!
Saturday we went to see the lights at Temple Square. (We made a stop to see Grandma McConkie on the way.) They are beautiful. We took Kaitlyn to see the statue of Christ and listened to the Christmas story. It is amazing how much they learn and how many questions kids have. We had a wonderful time.
